    Mass of first running car \[={{m}_{1}}\] Mass of second running car \[={{m}_{2}}\] Radius of the first circle \[={{r}_{1}}\] Radius of the second circle \[={{r}_{2}}\] As we know that both the cars takes some time to complete the circle, i.e., both have same time period. Therefore, the ratio of the angular speeds of car will be\[1:1\].
