    Solution :

    Amplitude of an electric field, \[{{E}_{0}}=100\,V/m\] Amplitude of magnetising field, \[{{H}_{0}}=0.265A/M\] \[\therefore \]    Maximum energy flow is given by             \[E={{E}_{0}}\times {{H}_{0}}\]                 \[=100\times 0.265=26.5W/{{m}^{2}}\]
