    Hazaribagh National Park, located 19 km (12 mi) from Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, India and about 135 km (84 mi) from Ranchi. The Nagi Dam (791 ha) and Nakti Dam (332 ha) are two sanctuaries so close to each other that they can be taken as one bird area. Nagi is c. 7 km from Jhagha in the district Jamui, Bihar and Nakti is a further c. 4 km from Nagi, occupying similar habitat. The Palamau Tiger Reserve is one of the nine original tigerreserves in Indiaand the only one in the state of Jharkhand, India. It forms part of BetIa National Park and Palamau WL Sanctuary. Dalma Wildlife Sanctuary is situated around the Dalma Hills around 10 kms from the city of Jamshedpur in the Indian state of Jharkhand.
