    \[|z|+|z-1|+|2z-3|=|z|+|z-1|+|3-2|\ge \] \[|z+z-1+3-2z|\] \[\therefore \]\[|z|+|z-1|2z-3|\ge 2\Rightarrow \lambda =2\] \[y=2[x]+3=3[x-2]\Rightarrow [x]=9\] \[y=2\times 9+3=21\] \[\Rightarrow \]\[[x+y]=[x+21]=[x]+21=30\]
