    Solution :

    \[ATx=A,\,P.E.\] will be maximum             \[A=A\,\sin \,(\pi t+\pi /6)\]             \[\sin \,\frac{\pi }{2}=\sin \,\left( \pi t+\frac{\pi }{6} \right)\]             \[\frac{\pi }{2}-\frac{\pi }{6}\,=\pi t\]             \[t=\frac{2}{6}\,=\frac{1}{3}\]
