    Solution :

    Area of the triangle on the argand plane formed by complex numbers \[-z,\,\,iz,\,\,z-iz=\frac{3}{2}|z{{|}^{2}}\]                 So, \[\frac{3}{2}|z{{|}^{2}}=600\Rightarrow |z{{|}^{2}}=400\]                 \[\Rightarrow |z|\,\,=20\]
