    Solution :

    \[{{C}_{rms}}=\sqrt{\frac{3RT}{M}}=\sqrt{\frac{3kT}{m}}\]                 Here\[T=273K,\,\,m=5\times {{10}^{-7}}kg\], and \[k=1.38\times {{10}^{-23}}J/K\] \[\therefore {{C}_{rms}}=\sqrt{\frac{31.38\times {{10}^{-23}}\times 273}{5\times {{10}^{-17}}}}\] \[=1.5\times {{10}^{-2}}m/s\] \[=1.5\,\,cm/s\]
