    Solution :

    One side of plate 4 makes a capacitor with plate 4 and another side makes capacitor with plate 5. both capacitor have potential difference V each capacitor has capacity \[C=\frac{{{\varepsilon }_{0}}A}{d}\] plate 4 is connected with negative terminal of the battery. Hence total charge on plate 4 is -2CV because -CV on left side and -CV on right side of the plate 4.
