     Assuming ideal behaviour, \[{{p}_{b}}={{x}_{b}}p_{b}^{o}=0.500(119\,\text{Torr})=59.5\,\text{Torr}\] \[{{p}_{t}}={{x}_{t}}p_{t}^{o}=0.500(37.0\,\text{Torr})=18.5\,\text{Torr}\] \[{{p}_{total}}=p_{b}^{{}}+{{p}_{t}}=78.0\,\text{Torr}\] Mole fraction of toluene \[=\frac{18.5\,\text{Torr}}{78.0\,\,\text{Torr}}\]= 0.237
