    Solution :

[c] Gandhi's eleven-point demands were not concerned with Quit India Movement. In January, 1930, Gandhi issued an eleven-point ultimatum to Lord Irwin, combining some general and specific demands. With no positive response forthcoming from the government on Gandhi's eleven-point demands, the Congress Working Committee invested Gandhiji with full powers to launch the Civil Disobedience Movement (CDM) at a time and place of his choice.
