Undue human activities have accelerated the rate of extinction of species from the earth due to which our biological wealth is declining day by day. Ankit is concerned about the issue and its long term effects. Ankit and his friends, decide to make people aware about the loss of biodiversity, its causes and its ill effects. He requests people to share their ideas about the conservation of diversity as well as to help for the implementation of these ideas.

(i) Two species which have recently undergone extinction are Dodo (Mauritius) and three sub - species to tiger (Bali. Javan and Caspian).
