Answer:

(i) In order to encourage people about the importance of each and every organism present in the world, I will explain the following points

(a) Biodiversity is essential for the stability of an ecosystem.

(b) It is essential for the maintenance and health of an ecosystem.

(c) An aeroplane, like an ecosystem, has thousands of rivets (species). Removal of rivets (species) by passengers may not affect flight safety in the beginning but the plane will become dangerously weak over a period of time. Removal of species will pose a very serious immediate threat to the ecosystem.

(ii) The hypothesis, that i will use to encourage people is ?rivet popper hypothesis. It was developed by a Stanford ecologist Paul Ehrlich.
