According to question, Number of soldiers who form square =8160-60=8100 \[\therefore \text{ }x\times x=8100\] \[\Rightarrow {{x}^{2}}=8100\Rightarrow x=90\] \[\therefore \] Number of soldiers in each row \[=90\]
