    Answer:

     (a) Map was drawn showing important features in the village, e.g., sea side, village boundary, school PHC, Police Station, Temple, Mosque, Bank, market, grocery shop and water wells.
    (b) Problem areas were also marked, e.g., the R.K. Chemical Plant, houses next to the sea and highway.
    The households that have members who need help on priority basis, e.g., aged residents. small children, physically challenged were identified and marked with 'V' vulnerable.
    (c) Mosque was identified for early warning and communication system. Abdul Razaq was given the responsibility to give the warning. School compound was identified for evacuation and temporary shelter.
    (d) Malti's grocery shop was identified as useful resource for dry rations. The households with the tractors, trucks and generator sets were identified as locally available resource. In the end a lislof the human resources available with the village was compiled.
