Which one of the transistors p-n-p and n-p-n is more useful and why?

                    n-p-n transistor is more useful than p-n-p transistor. In n-p-n transistor, electrons are the main charge carriers while in p-n-p transistor, holes are the main charge carriers. But electrons have higher mobility than holes. So n-p-n transistors are more commonly used than p-n-p transistors.
