    \[\frac{a}{b}=\frac{2}{3}\] Let \[a=2x\]and \[b=3x\] \[A/Q,\] \[\frac{a+3}{b+3}=\frac{3}{4}\] Then \[\frac{2x+3}{3x+3}=\frac{3}{4}\] \[8x+12=9x+9\] \[x=3\] \[a=2\times 3=6\] \[b=3\times 3=9\] \[\therefore \]\[a+b=9+6=15\]
