    Solution :

    (a): Effectively, \[\frac{4}{5}\,{{m}^{2}}\] costs \[Rs.50\] \[\therefore \] cost of \[400\,{{m}^{2}}\,(20\times 20)\] \[=\frac{Rs.\,\,50\times 5}{4}\times 400=25000\]
