Telecommunications computers Internet e-mail voice-mail etc. are used intensively to contact one another around the world to access information instantly and to communicate from remote areas e.g. call centres running in Gurgaon (near Delhi) use this technology to satisfy their customers abroad or provide outsourcing services while sitting in India.
