(a) 'A Satyagrahi' does not inflict any pain on his adversary nor does he cause destruction on to him.

(b) His attitude towards his adversary is one of tolerance. He would not have any ill-will towards him.

(c) He would not use any physical force to win him over rather he would use moral force of truth and non-violence.
