Due to H-bonding in HF, we have$H-F\text{------}H-F\text{------}H-F\text{------}$ This can dissociate to give $HF_{2}^{-}$ ion and hence $KH{{F}_{2}}$exists but there is no H-bonding in $H-Cl$. So $HCl_{2}^{-}$ ion does not exist and hence $KHC{{l}_{2}}$ also does not exist.
