(ii) It supports new economic reforms, but with a human face. It espouses secularism and welfare of weaker sections and minorities. (iii) It lays emphasis on ending poverty (Garibi Hatao) and maintaining friendly relations with other countries. (iv) It introduces Food Security Bill, which aims to provide legal right over subsidised food grains to 67% of the population of India.                  (b) From the given passage, I have learnt the lesson that  how honestly, the Centrist Party espouses the welfare of weaker sections.
