(2) It is also defined as the ratio of resistance and impedance (i.e. \[\frac{R}{Z}\])
(3) The ratio \[\frac{\text{True power }}{\text{Apparent power }}=\frac{W}{VA}=\frac{kW}{kVA}=\cos \varphi \]
