(1) No term of H.P. can be zero.
(2) If H is the H.M. between a and b, then
(i) \[\frac{1}{H-a}+\frac{1}{H-b}=\frac{1}{a}+\frac{1}{b}\]
(ii) \[(H-2a)(H-2b)={{H}^{2}}\]
(iii) \[\frac{H+a}{H-a}+\frac{H+b}{H-b}=2\]
