                (i) Let the number of marbles of Parmit be\['x'\].  Then according to the question, we have \[7+5x=37\] \[\Rightarrow \]               \[5x=37-7\] \[\Rightarrow \]               \[x=\frac{30}{5}=6\] Therefore, Parmit has 6 marbles (ii) Let \['x'\] years be the Laxmi's age. Then according to the question, we have \[4+3x=49\] \[\Rightarrow \]         \[3x=49-4\] \[\Rightarrow \]               \[x=\frac{45}{3}=15\] Therefore, Laxmi's age is 15 years. (iii) Let \['x'\] be the number of fruit trees planted.
