  • question_answer 1)
Draw a circle with any two of its diameters. If you join the ends of these diameters, what is the figure obtained if the diameters are perpendicular to each other? How do you check your answer?

    Answer:

Firstly, draw a circle with O as centre and of any radius.                                       Then, draw any two diameters, say AOB and COD. Now, join DA, AC, CB, and BD. It is clear from the given figure that DACB is a rectangle. When the diameter AOB and DOC are perpendicular to each other, then figure obtained by joining AC, CB, BD and DA is a square ADBC.          To check our answer, we can compare lengths of sides by using divider.
