When Soapy wanted to be arrested no cop came to arrest him. He became fed up because all his plans proved to be in vain and he is not arrested finally. One day he comes near his old house where his mind is transformed. Suddenly he is overpowered by good ideas. Now he does not want to be arrested. He makes his mind to find a good job and starts to lead a happy and respectable life. Soon a cop comes to him and arrests him. The irony of the situation is that when Soapy wants to be arrested, no cop comes to him. But later when he wants to transform himself, he is arrested.
