    Name the hormones involved in regulation of spermatogenesis.

    Answer:

    (i) GnRH of hypothalamus stimulate adenohypophysis to secrete gonadotrophins. (ii) FSH of adenohypophysis stimulates sertoli cells to secrete certain factors which help in spermatogenesis. (iii) ICSH of adenohypophysis stimules interstitial cells to secrete testosterone which stimulates spermatogenesis. It also controls the development of secondary sexual characters in male.
