    Answer:

    Stability: I > II > III Structure I: more stable, because it has no formal charge and have more number of covalent bonds and each C and O atom has an octet. Structure II: negative charge on more electro negative atom and positive charge on more electro positive atom. Structure III: does not contribute as oxygen has positive charge and carbon has negative charge, hence least stable.
