The place value of 0 is: \[0*{{2}^{1}}=0\]
The place value of 1 is: \[1*{{2}^{2}}=4\]
The place value of 0 is: \[0*{{2}^{3}}=0\]
The place value of 1 is: \[1*{{2}^{4}}=16\]
The place value of 0 is: \[0*{{2}^{5}}=0\]
