 Sahitya Akademi Award-winning writer Kiran Nagarkar passed away. He began his career as an educationist, a journalist and then later as a screenplay writer in the advertising industry. His novel “Cuckold” (1997) won him the 2001 Sahitya Akademi award. He wrote his first book Saat Sakkam Trechalis in 1974 in his mother tongue, Marathi. |
