One thing that the politicians have learnt is to reserve quotas in education and employment for al I those communities that stick together to form vote banks. So the communities that are very well-knit such as the tribals, many occupational castes, and the lucrative chunk of Muslims get covered. Recess plays very important role in the learning, social development, and health of school children. Because recess is one of the few times in the school day when children can interact freely with other students. It is a valuable time in which we can observe children's social behaviors, their tendency to bully and fight, as well as their leadership and prosaically behaviors.
