The rate of flow of a liquid through a tube of length L and radius R,connected across a pressure head H be V. If 2 tubes of same length but radius R and R/2 are connected in series across the same pressur head H,find the rate of flow of liquid through combination.Also find the rate of flow when the tubes are connected in parallel across the same pressure head. ....please explain the solution also.

if we are consider to travel in speed of light then mass becomes infinity also the inertia is infinity so we cannot see the object moving or the object does not move then why did we see photons travelling because its speed is c and so it cant move plz. explain
