I am 33 year old holding Master's degree in IT. Started career in 2003 it's going great till I decided to start my retail venture in 2007 that was to be closed in 2009 due to recession. It's hard to find job then but soon I got junior position as retail analyst. I had to accept it as there was not much choice due to market conditions. After market came back and I tried looking for change I haven't got encouraging response from market as they judge me from previous job and neither I am getting position or salary justifying my 8 years exp. or skills. What should I do now since I sure am underpaid and undervalued as professional.
