Introduction. At present the whole world is facing a very grim problem, that is terrorism. Terrorism is derived from the word “Terror” The meaning of terror is extreme fear. Those persons who make the atmosphere extremely fearful among masses are called terrorists. They prevail terror in society by doing evil and rogue deeds. So, all these activities are called 'terrorism'.
World-Wide Problem. Terrorism has become a world-wide problem No country is spared from this evil. On 11 Sept. 2001, terrorists attacks even the World Trade Centre (W.T.C.), in America. Recently in July 200 such a foul attempt was failed when they planned to blast 'Glasco' airort in England. They spread terror by such petty activities.
Nature of Terrorism In India. India has been facing this problem for more than 25 years. Cross-border terrorism is creating a lot of problem for our country and its people. Terrorists with drugs, fake currency and weapons enter in Jaminu Kashmir and Eastern States of India. They kill innocent people and spread hatred. Punjab, Jammu-Kashmir and Assam are the worst affected states of India. Some Naxalites groups create havoc in West-Bengal, Orissa, Andhra Pradesh and Bihar also.
Obstacle in Our Progress. Indian government has to spend a huge amount of budget to overcome this evil. Some terrorists even tried to attach upon our Parliament House. Hundreds of security personnel’s and civilian. have to sacrifice their lives every year. We face a big set-back on our tourism business.
Solution. India has been a peace-loving country. We believe in non violence. Our struggle for Independence was totally non-violent. Indian people are very brave, proudly, honest and true patriots. We can solve tin's problem by peaceful means. Some terrorist organizations are supporting the terrorists. They have some misunderstanding and misconcepts. Om delegations should talk to them. They should be made to understand that all the Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians and others are the sons of Bharat Mata.
Completion. It is our moral duty to face this problem by standing together. Terrorism is a curse. It is the combined duty of our all communities to destroy and root-out terrorism from India. If peaceful means fail in this process, then united forces of all countries should attack on all terrorist organizations.
