Coaching means the teaching outside the school by anybody. Almost fifteen to twenty years ago those. students who are weak in studies they read their school teachers on their houses and those students who were good in studies they didn't read by teacher;, who teach the students in schools teach very high number of students on their houses and earn a lot of money. This type of teaching is called coaching. When the teachers earn a lot of money by coaching on their houses and many of them established their shops or centres on which they teach the students that centres are called coaching institutes or coaching centres. Now the coaching is became a profitable industry. Those teachers who teaches the students into the schools many of them don't teach them properly, so the students face problems and for the solution of these problems they have to go to the coaching insitutes or in the houses of the teachers for coaching’s. Coachings are spread in whole country from village to city.

The extension of education definitely extend the coaching industry. Now it became a well known fact that without any tuition or coaching no students can clear his examination. From class 1st to Post Graduation the tution became a necessity and the attitude of the teachers became the reason of the development of coaching industry. Every class students, every wise or foolish student must read in a coaching institute because if he doesn’t read then he can't clear his class. This is the discussion of coaching about the academic education. Now we discuss the necessity of coaching for technical education as engineering, medical, management or computer application examinations. Now a days the young boys and girls of today want to become the Doctor, Engineer, MBA or MCA and because of that first they clear the entrance examinations and got admission in those institutes, colleges and universities. Those are authorized for their education.

The clearing of the entrance examinations of all four courses is a very typical job and without proper and solid preparation no one can clear the entrance examinations. The coaching for those entrance examinations is the main and important type of coaching which we call the industry. In every big or small city you can see the hoi-dings and boards of many coaching institutes and teachers who are working for the preparation of engineering and medical entrance or MBA or MCA entrance examinations. These institutes almost confirm the success of the students and print the photographs of the successful students of their institutes on their advertising hoards and hoardings. These coaching institutes charge very heavy fees from the students which is commonly Rs. 600 per month for one student we all know that physics, chemistry and mathematics are the three subjects of Engineering entrance, so a student has to pay Rs. 1,800 per month to coaching.

In Medical entrance physics, chemistry, zoology and botany are the four subjects, so a student has to pay Rs. 2,400 per month to coaching institutes and the other expenditures are extra, so it can be said that coaching is a big industry. Kota in Rajasthan is the biggest centre of coaching for Engineering and Medical. In Kota hundreds of small and big coaching institutes are running. Bansal classes, Daswani classes, Resonance, Career point are the main coaching institutes of Kota. Thousands of students arc reading in these coaching’s. Some of them distribute their franchise all over the country by taking a lot of money. The income of these coaching institutes are in crores.

The students from all over the country go to Kota for coaching. Delhi is also becoming a big centre for coaching but it still far behind from Kota. The teachers leave their permanent jobs in colleges and schools and teaching in coaching institutes they earn more in come from their schools and colleges. Almost every big city has many coaching institutes today and regularly opens new institues day by day. For gaining the popularity these institutes do a lot of advertisements. From the last five years the craze of MBA (Master of Business Administration), MCA (Master of Computer Application) are increasing very fast. The entrene of MBA and MCA is not an easy task, so many coaching institutes are running for MBA and MCA entrance. Some percentage of students are always

preparing for Civil Service Examinations like—iAS, IPS, IFS, IRS etc.

Many coaching institutes for preparations of Civil Service Examinations are running in New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, Agra, Allahabad, Patna, Lucknow, Chennai, Chandigarh and many big cities. In those cities where the Public Service Commissions are situated like Allahabad (where Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission is situated) and Patna (where Bihar Public Service Commission is situated) you can see many coaching institutes of civil service preparations are running. All the coachings whether it is of Engineering or Medical entrance, whether it is of MBA or MCA entrance and Civil Service entrance the students has to pay heavy amount of fees to the coaching institutes.

The coaching institutes charges spontaneous fees because they have no restriction or control of Government. It is right that coaching is a necessity for taking admission in any type of technical education but their fees must be in control. The Government must make some rules and regulations for them to prevent the spontaniety of the coaching institutes and also issues the directions about the fees of the entrance examination of various technical educations.
