For many of us every day's work is not just a routine daily activity. Each and every individual in the world works to meet his/her basic needs and few treat it as a source of income and others as a passion. As the saying goes 'our work defines us' and in a sense we are known by our work, in past and present. We all strive for excellence through our work and with our work we can find happiness in our life.

Perhaps the most important requirement for success is finding interest in your work. The happiness can only come when we work with a sense of optimism, with a sense of purpose with a sense of challenge and with a view to enjoying the work we are doing! What is more important in our life is not just completion of work but the achievement and recognition that follows after it. As a passionate worker we must be able to have this sense of romance about our work.

We all are surrounded with high performing people. We find those people in every walk of life and every day we hear their success stories. Everyday new millionaires are added in already existing list of wealthy people. The most common on trait these people share is that they all loved what they were doing. Since growth and ambition of a human mind are unlimited, so exploring the potential success is not a matter of luck or intellect but of effort. The most important thing in our daily life is persistence and great level of energy in our routine activities. Nothing in the world can replace hard work, deep faith and love for your work. 'Few ever fail by trying and few ever win who wait. To achieve any type of success in our life we must play up to our full potential, leaving no stone unturned.' Work should be rather accepted as a challenge and one should work on it taking it as a passion. The right attitude towards anything or any goal, always leads to success in life. It is required to set a goal and then work on it by gradually developing the skills and making the task simpler and interesting.

Successful people always focus on goals, not on possible hurdles along the way - and that is why they have strong interest in work which doesn't make them paralyzed into immobility but keep moving ahead. Right path and right approach and then you are the achievers.
